The Stable welcomes you with its warm comfortable feeling, perfect for a short break.
Originally, it housed working horses and in latter years, pet ponies and donkeys., whilst upstairs, the farm hands had their sleeping quarters, mainly on a hay mattress; don’t worry, today, you will find a king sized bed and ensuite shower room.
This building has been renovated to meet modern standards of insulation, heating and connectivity.
One quirky feature is a ground level window under the stairs, a space ideal for a dog to view the farmyard from the comfort of its bed. The lounge is traditionally furnished but with up to date technology, including a smart television and wifi connectivity. The stable is light and airy with a classic oak stable door opening onto your private patio area.
A recently renovated historic stable in the grounds of the farmyard, with its own private parking and patio. A working stable used for both plough horses and donkeys has been renovated with the latest comforts in mind in a clean contemporary style.
The Stable bedroom has a king sized bed, with Graham and Brown bedding and non-allergenic duvet and pillows.
Walk into your en-suite shower room and you’ll find soft Egyptian cotton towels and luxury toiletries, with a powerful hair dryer available in the bedroom.
Downstairs, the room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and a fridge stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks and breakfast pack, which includes a jar of our own honey, homemade honey toasted muesli and breakfast staples from our local butcher. A Smart TV and, of course, free broadband internet.
On a summer evening the patio offers a comfortable space to relax in the warmth of the setting sun. (add hot tub later– where you can also relax and enjoy some bubbles in your own private hot tub)
